People Operations Partner Program

For the first time, you can avail yourself of executive-level People Operations expertise and input without the hefty price tag of a full-time employee.  Available on a retainer basis, you will contract monthly hours for a People Operations Executive to be available on-site, on-demand. 

 

You need the POPs Program when:

• You are encountering decisions to make that your entry to mid-level HR people are not experienced enough to navigate.

• You need to rehaul your HR program and don't know where to start.

• Your HR team needs a point person/sounding board/mentor.

• You can't seem to bring your dream culture to life.

• You're facing down business transitions and want to guide your culture & employees through it.

• You know you'll need a full-time head of People in the future, but you're not quite there yet.

The POPs Program begins with an in-house assessment day (4-8 hours) which includes meeting your executive team and key stakeholders.  After reviewing POPs components (think: organizational structure, data management, HR practices, cultural health), J+C People Consulting will submit a proposal for acceptance and we'll begin our work together!
