People Operations Partner Program
For the first time, you can avail yourself of executive-level People Operations expertise and input without the hefty price tag of a full-time employee. Available on a retainer basis, you will contract monthly hours for a People Operations Executive to be available on-site, on-demand.

The POPs Program begins with an in-house assessment day (4-8 hours) which includes meeting your executive team and key stakeholders. After reviewing POPs components (think: organizational structure, data management, HR practices, cultural health), J+C People Consulting will submit a proposal for acceptance and we'll begin our work together!
